"North Korean state TV on Feb. 16 aired footage of leader Kim Jong-il's son and heir Jong-un holding a pair of binoculars upside down during an inspection of a military base in January.
The footage is all the more embarrassing since the inexperienced Kim junior has recently been appointed vice chairman of the all-powerful National Defense Commission. The propaganda has it that he graduated from the Kim Il Sung Military University, and he was given the status of a four-star general in September last year.
However, some experts say certain types of binoculars may look upside down.

Yeah....I'm also nonplussed by the alleged blunder from a military ace cum heir apparent too. Rumour said he scored pretty well in military academy school and... he is the vice chairman of North Korea's National Defense Commission. I'm pretty worried on the North Korean's future...
On the other hand, he wasn't the last national leader who was caught acting like a sod...
